Robyn Fox
Congrats to Robyn!
Robyn has shown to be consistent in her early morning classes as well as being a good listener and always taking on feedback. She is always super friendly and has a smile on her face!
Robyn is proud of find new arm muscles, and all over more tone and strength in her whole body. Here's Robyn being proud of her arm muscles toning up!

Madeleine Delaforce
Congrats to Madeleine!
She has shown herself to be super consistent with her training.
As well as attending classes, she has been doing her own weight sessions on the gym floor. She is enthusiastic, has amazing technique and is dedicated to her goals. Make sure you giver her a big congrats next time you see her around the gym!
September Member of the Month
Tasha Grundon
Our September member of the month is Tasha!
Tasha, one of our long term members, has been super consistent with her training and in the last 6 weeks she has lost 4.9kg!
We love that she always strives to get better and has never given up, proving that results come from long term commitment.

Liz Dean
Our August Member of the Month is our awesome member Liz Dean.
She is always super friendly and great to have a laugh with, but also has been prioritising her health and fitness and shows up to give her best!
She has recently been participating in the 8-Week Elevate Challenge and attending small group personal training sessions.

Bec Gurski
Congrats to Bec Gurski
Bec has been one of our long-term members, starting at Freedom in our first year of opening.
In that time, she has stayed consistent with her 6:15 am classes, monthly PTs and her daily coffee of course! Her strength has improved so much and we love to see her friendly face every morning!
We want to thank you for being such an awesome member and look forward to seeing how far you go, Bec.
June Member of the Month
Ash Gartner
In the past 18 months, Ash’s body composition and strength have dramatically improved.
He currently:
✅ Went from Assisted Chin Ups to now doing 10 Fully Unassisted Chin Ups
✅ Performs a 65kg Bench Press (he started at 30kg)
✅ Performs a 102kg Deadlift (he started at 50kg)
✅ Lost 7.3KG of pure body fat and 4.2% of Body Fat
Ash completes a Personal Training session weekly, a few group classes and gym floor strength sessions each week, and has completed a couple of our challenges too!
May Member of the Month
Angel Shaw
Angel has been a member since Day 1! She always pushes to stay consistent in her health and fitness journey and is now currently doing our 10 Week Challenge.
She's had amazing breakthroughs with both her nutrition and mindset: "I would not be the version of myself that I am today without Nicole and her mindset tips.. I promise you, that if you put in the work, you WILL change your life".
We are absolutely inspired to see how much Angel has grown and how far she has come.
April Member of the Month
Nicole Bunter
We are so proud of Nicole for how far she's come in her journey with us at Freedom.
She started here by becoming addicted to the classes with friends, to now attending weekly PT, classes and lifting weights on the gym floor by herself.
Her persistence to always improve is inspiring to watch and her progress mentally and physically is consistent every week.
March Member of the Month
Rosie
From day 1 until present, she has been coming to more and more sessions, training hard and improving her technique.
She's constantly trying to better herself by completing challenges and now taking Personal Training sessions. It's great to see your dedication Rosie and we want to say thank you for being an awesome member!
February Member of the Month
Di Tumbridge
Di has proven herself to be a woman of routine and committed to her fitness.
There's rarely a morning where we don't see her come in for the 5:30 am class, workout hard, and then grab a well-deserved cappuccino on her way out.

Kim Hennig
Kim has smashed our recent 12-week challenge, and made incredible improvements to her mindset, nutrition habits, fitness, strength and weight loss! Post-challenge she is still making the effort to keep health and fitness a part of her lifestyle.
She’s showing up and working hard towards her goals, even when her life gets busy! Thanks for being a great member Kim and we look forward to seeing you improve even more in 2022.

Bek Noller
Bek has been a regular in our 9:15am classes, making her training possible by bringing her 2 lovely children into crechè so she can give herself quality gym time!
She stays focused in her sessions and is always so kind to staff and members!

Ellie Frey
Ellie always giving her best efforts to improve in her nutrition, mindset and consistent attendance in classes.
Currently Ellie is doing the 12 Week Challenge, she’s been turning up with a smile on her face and giving it everything 100%!

Shaylene Harth
Shay has been working on change not only with her fitness, but also her mindset. Her attitude towards improving herself and her lifestyle is always positive and inspiring to see. She has also taken it to the next level and is currently participating in the 12 Week Challenge.

Sharon is always determined to improve herself. She consistently shows up, bright and early with a smile on her face for the 5:30am classes and has shown some real long term results with regular training, good nutrition and a positive outlook on her health and fitness.
