3 Reasons to Invite a Friend:

(Apart from saving $1080 on the next 6 months of membership)

01

The magnitude of having good social relationships is comparable to quitting smoking.

Loneliness raises the risk of a heart attack by more than 40% and increases the chances of premature death by up to 50%.

02

The most significant difference between those with mental illness and those without is social participation.

And those who are socially connected have higher chances of overcoming a mental illness.

03

You are 95% more likely to stick to a fitness program when doing it with a friend and 42% more likely to keep the weight lost off, compared to doing it solo.

Let's help our friends and the community become physically and mentally healthier

by staying socially connected and exercising together!
