Membership Suspension request

Minimum 7 Business Days Notice Required for Suspension Requests. 
Suspension T&C's:

- $20 weekly suspension holding fee, automatically deducted, to keep your place in session/membership. For memberships which began before May 25th 2024, no fee will be deducted. 

- Debits are set to auto-reactivate after the suspension period. ​

- Holds are allowed once per year for minimum 4 weeks, maximum 6 weeks duration.

- Suspension period is added to the end of the 12-month term.

- There is a 7 day processing time for suspension, so you need to give us 7 days notice for suspension requests. If you miss the "cut-off" time, you will still be required to pay existing membership fees and any failed fees. 

- Request ONLY by filling in the form above. 

- You must have all failed payments up to date before a suspension can be approved. 

For all Medical Holds, a doctors certificate must be provided with the dates of allocation that exercise is not recommended by a medical practitioner for up to 12 weeks. Once a medical certificate is provided, the $20 fee does not apply. 

For longer than 6 weeks for travelling reasons, proof of travel can be provided for longer suspensions to be approved for those reasons.
